In the capital markets segment, we focus on large-scale joint ventures and project financing for developments with total construction costs exceeding EUR 200–300 million. The company leads specialized fund-raising efforts, targeting institutional and established private investors and tailored financial structures to support complex, capital-intensive projects. Opportunistic

We also focus on the opportunistic real estate segment, targeting mispriced or underutilized assets where we can add or extract value through active asset management, repositioning, or redevelopment.
